Indian Land Action Council will meet on September 21, 2017 7 pm, at the Del Webb Library, 7641 Charlotte Highway.
The speaker will be Pleasant Valley Fire District Chief Greg Nicholson. The Fire District fees for Indian Lands two fire districts are being raised from $75 to $90. Chief Nicholson will be telling us about the District 7 PVFD plans for the additional funding.
Terry Graham, District 1 Councilman, will be introducing new appointees for the Library Board and the Zoning Appeal Commission. Both Terry Graham and Councilman Brian Carnes, of District 7, will be announcing the new plans regarding the new Storm-Water tax and new offices in Indian Land.

Our speaker will be Scott Edgar, the newly hired County Engineer. Jeff Catoe, Director of Public Services, will also be there. The main subject will be the new $75 fee/tax for the Panhandle property owners. This tax is to support the Storm-water MS4 department with the new engineer and approximately 4 staff members.

Indian Land Action Council will be meeting July 20,2017, 7 PM at the Del Web Library, 7641 Charlotte Hwy. Speakers will be Benn Levine and Ted Hoover, members of the storm-water advisory committee. They will inform us of the new Storm-water/MS4, an addition to the County Public Services Division and the new proposed tax to support it.
August 17th speakers will be Scott Edgar, the new Engineering/Storm-water Manager and John Gant, the consultant on the new Stormwater/M4 project.

Indian Land Action Council meeting is June 15, 2017 – 7:00 p.m. at the Del Web Library, 7641 Charlotte Hwy. The speaker will be Brandon Newton, S.C. State House Representative for District 45. He will bring us up to date on State news from Columbia.
July 20th, the speakers will be members of the Storm-water Advisory Committee. This group was established to educate residents about Storm-water/MS4 and to explain the new Engineering/Storm-water department, which will be from the proposed additional property tax.

The speaker will be John McCarter, District 4 Engineering Administrator of SCDOT.
He will be giving residents a powerpoint presentation regarding the HWY 160 project. Also there will be time for questions from the audience.
